Onsite Evaluation
Our team visits your site to assess the space, take precise measurements, and identify opportunities and challenges. We also discuss compliance, design, and technical considerations.
Compliance Checks
We review local regulations and building codes, preparing all necessary documentation for permits, certifications, and licenses.
Space Planning & Design
Our team of experienced project managers and interior designers collaborate to create a functional and aesthetically pleasing layout. We present a draft proposal, incorporate your feedback, and further refine the design.
Final Proposal Stage
Once the layout is approved, we present a detailed proposal, including design concepts, cost estimates, timelines, and scope of work. Final adjustments are made based on your input.
Confirmation & Blueprint Development
After your confirmation, we develop detailed blueprints, including technical drawings, material specifications, and finalized layouts.
Ground Engineering & Coordination
Our engineering team works closely with designers and project managers to ensure all technical aspects are ready for construction. We also coordinate site preparations for smooth implementation.
QP Approval
We submit the final design plans to the Qualified Person (QP) for approval and follow up to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Licensing & Certification
Our team handles all necessary permits, including SFA licenses, alcohol licenses, and Halal certifications, ensuring your project meets all legal and operational requirements for your business.
Ongoing Support & Handover
During the construction, phase our project management team ensures seamless execution. Once completed, we hand over the project and provide ongoing support to ensure your satisfaction.
